Kingspan Insulated Panels

Benchmark Create, Kingspan's new panel system needed streamlining to reduce costs. I redesigned the drawing system to combine AutoCAD's Excel-like data table system to eliminate error and speed up the checking process. 

I involved myself in hands-on product development of bespoke elements of live contracts somewhat beyond the job-description because if a better way is possible and agreed, it needs to be implemented. With senior approval and shop floor co-ordination, my CAD work improved the quality of info to the factory and the quality and rate of output of completed panels. 

I maintained good relations under pressure and processed several large and challenging cladding facades. Among these was an extension to Edinburgh Airport - see photos below:
